3 cups sugar
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup vegetable oil
5 - eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips

How To Make peanut butter brownies

Step 1

Cream vegetable oil, peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Step 2

Sift together dry ingredients and add to peanut butter mixture. Mix until smooth.
Step 3

Add chocolate chips. Spread mixture into a greased jelly roll pan.
Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick in center tests done.
