We love to make snack mixes in GS camp. I am not exactly sure where this one came from, probably a snack from one of the camps! But heck, with parmesan? OH YUM

7 cups krispix cereal
2 cups cheez-its
1 cup mini pretzels, or pretzel sticks, your choice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon fennel seed crushed (omit)
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (can use more, since i like parmesan, so do heaping 1/2 cup, lol)

How To Make party mix (parmesan)

Step 1

Take a gallon ziplock and combine cereal, pretzels and cheez-its.

Step 2

Combine oil, seasoning, fennel if using, and pepper sauce. Pour over cereal mixture. Then add cheese.
Step 3

Close up bag and shake well to mix. Voila!
