party chex mix from the 60's old recipe
From my mom's recipe box I put the things I like best into my mix. Chex, Pretzels, Cheerios Cashews yum My Aunt Max Made this yearly for Christmas. Christmas is never the same without Chex mix.

Ingredients
- - 1 stick (1/2 c) butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 teas - seasoned salt
- 4 1/2 teas - worchershire sauce
- 2 1/3 cup - corn chex
- 2 1/3 cups - rice chex
- 2 1/3 cups - wheat chex
- 1 cup - small pretzels
- 1 cup - salted mixed nuts

Step 1Heat oven to 250. Melt butter in 15x10x2 pan;

Step 2remove pan from oven. Stir in seasoned salt and worchestire sauce.

Step 3Gradually add cereal, pretzels, and nuts, stirring to coat evenly.

Step 4Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Step 5Spread on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
