quick and easy to make and yummy. This was brought to my attention today (4/24/12) the green color, so if you want to make them and color them, just use white almond bark or white chocolate and what ever food coloring you want

I made these, Kat, and instead of regular oreos, I used the mint and then used white chocolate bark tinted light green-love the recipe because the inside is SO easy-only cream cheese and crushed cookies! Tried and True!

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 package oreo cookies ( store brand is fine)
1 package chocolate bark candy coating, melted

How To Make kat's oreo balls

Step 1

Place cookies in a deep bowl and crush really well, add cream cheese and mix together, best to use your hands.Roll into balls about 1 1/2 inches.

Step 2

Melt enough of the chocolate bark to dip cookie balls in, depends on how many you make. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet and chill for about 20 minutes, ENJOY
