- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 jar cherry,strawberry,raspberry,100% spreadable
How To Make oat berry squares

Step 1In a large bowl, Combine flour, oats, brown sugar,baking soda, and salt; Stir in butter. Reserve 3/4 cup for topping. Pat remaining oat mixture into a 9 inch square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Spread with fruit mixture. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Cool on a wire rack.one piece equals 150 calories. Diabetic exchange= 1 starch. 1/2 fruit. 1/2 fat.
