    whole wheat flour
  • 1 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 jar(s)
    cherry,strawberry,raspberry,100% spreadable

How to Make Oat Berry Squares


  1. In a large bowl, Combine flour, oats, brown sugar,baking soda, and salt; Stir in butter. Reserve 3/4 cup for topping. Pat remaining oat mixture into a 9 inch square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Spread with fruit mixture. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Cool on a wire rack.one piece equals 150 calories. Diabetic exchange= 1 starch. 1/2 fruit. 1/2 fat.
