1Combine melted butter, soy and pepper sauce; drizzle over noodles.
2Toss lightly until noodles are well-coated.
3Sprinkle noodles with celery salt and onion powder.
4Again, toss until well mixed.
5Place on a baking sheet and toast at 275 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.
