  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 4 dash(es)
    hot pepper sauce
  • 3 can(s)
    chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1 dash(es)
    onion powder

How to Make Noodle Nibbles


  1. Combine melted butter, soy and pepper sauce; drizzle over noodles.
  2. Toss lightly until noodles are well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle noodles with celery salt and onion powder.
  4. Again, toss until well mixed.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and toast at 275 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.
  6. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
