my family peanut-butter-cream easter eggs

I make these every Easter for family and CLOSE friends.These and my coconut butter cream ones are so amazing,you will never enjoy the store made ones after tasting these!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy good brand peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 4 cups 10 x,confectioner=s sugar
  • 12 ounces good chocolate chips,i use milk chocolate for these
  • 1/2 - of a bar of parafin wax
  • - double boiler needed for dipping the chocolate

How To Make my family peanut-butter-cream easter eggs

  • Step 1
    Mix well in electric mixer till creamy,the butter,peanut butter and the 10 X sugar
  • Step 2
    Chill.Form into eggs.
  • Step 3
    REFRIGERATE UNTIL VERY FIRM
  • Step 4
    Melt chocolate and wax together in top of double boiler,water not touching the top pot {SIMMER}{Or chocolate will seize up}
  • Step 5
    Dip each egg and allow to drip off excess.
  • Step 6
    Place on waxed paper and chill till chocolate hardens
  • Step 7
    When hardened,store in airtight containers in refrigeratorNO PRESERVATIVES}
  • Step 8
    These are SO good!ENJOY!
