I make these every Easter for family and CLOSE friends.These and my coconut butter cream ones are so amazing,you will never enjoy the store made ones after tasting these!

Stove Top


  • 1 1/2 c
    creamy good brand peanut butter
  • 1 c
    unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 4 c
    10 x,confectioner=s sugar
  • 12 oz
    good chocolate chips,i use milk chocolate for these
  • 1/2
    of a bar of parafin wax
  • ·
    double boiler needed for dipping the chocolate

How to Make My Family Peanut-Butter-Cream Easter Eggs


  1. Mix well in electric mixer till creamy,the butter,peanut butter and the 10 X sugar
  2. Chill.Form into eggs.
  4. Melt chocolate and wax together in top of double boiler,water not touching the top pot {SIMMER}{Or chocolate will seize up}
  5. Dip each egg and allow to drip off excess.
  6. Place on waxed paper and chill till chocolate hardens
  7. When hardened,store in airtight containers in refrigeratorNO PRESERVATIVES}
  8. These are SO good!ENJOY!
