This is my favourite fudge. Creamy smooth and ymmmmy.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup undiluted carnation evaporated milk
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
How To Make mum's fudge in 5 (with evaporated milk)

Step 1Mix Carnation evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over low. Heat to boiling, then cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Step 2Add miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla, nuts. Stir 1-2 minutes (until marshmallows melt). Pour into buttered 9” square pan.

Step 3Allow to cool then cut into squares or whatever size pieces you want. I run my knife under hot water for a minute. It cuts the fudge like butter :)
