How to Make Mum's Fudge in 5 (with evaporated milk)
- 1Mix Carnation evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over low. Heat to boiling, then cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- 2Add miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla, nuts. Stir 1-2 minutes (until marshmallows melt). Pour into buttered 9” square pan.
- 3Allow to cool then cut into squares or whatever size pieces you want. I run my knife under hot water for a minute. It cuts the fudge like butter :)
