mexican pick-up sticks
While looking through some of the cookbooks that I purchased recently at a moving sale, I came across this recipe. It is quick, easy and delicious. It would be a great finger food at any Holiday party!

Ingredients
- 6 ounces french fried onions
- 7 ounces potato sticks
- 2 cups spanish peanuts
- 1/3` cup melted butter
- 1 package taco seasoning
How To Make mexican pick-up sticks

Step 1Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Step 2In a Large Bowl, combine Onions, Potato Sticks and Peanuts.

Step 3Pour melted butter over and stir well to combine.

Step 4Sprinkle Taco Seasoning over the mixture, stir to distribute evenly.

Step 5Place in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.

Step 6Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
