Ingredients

  • 1 jar(s)
    (6 1/2 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
  • 1 pkg
    (6.5 oz.) pizza crust mix
  • 1/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 slice
    (2 oz.) salami, quartered
  • 1/2 c
    sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 c
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    chopped red onion
  • 2
    plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano leaves

How to Make Mediterranean Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Chop artichokes and set aside.
  2. Pepare pizza crust mix according to pkg directions. Place dough on greased 14-in. pizza pan. Pat out dough with fingers to edge of pan. Lightly brush dough with small amount of artichoke marinade. Bake 8 minutes; remove from oven. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese; top with salami, artichokes, olives, bell peppers and onion. Cover with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with oregano.
  3. Bake 13-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve.
