    club crackers (one pack)
  • 2 stick
    unsalted butter (1 c.)
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    almonds, finely chopped

How to Make Maple Walnut Crisps


  1. Place crackers in a single layer in a parchment paper-lined edged cookie sheet. Set aside.
  2. In a small heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in nuts.
  3. Spoon evenly onto crackers. Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes or until tops appear dry. Cool completely on a wire rack. Break crackers apart. Store in an airtight container.
