This is for this weeks Sandwich Challenge. The challenge was using only ingredients that have the letters L.O.G.A.N, hence my creation.
L.O.G.A.N. Pizza
L = Lavash
O = Olive Oil, lemon infused with Gorgonzola
G = Genoa Salami
A = Arugula
N = Nuts (Pine Nuts)

Lavash is an Armenian Flatbread. I was able to find it at my local Wal-Mart in the deli section.
