lemon buddies (chex mix)
Not your usual Chex Mix. This is a great summer treat. Who does not LOVE lemon!!!! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 9 cups rice chex cereal
- 1 1/4 cups vanilla or white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
How To Make lemon buddies (chex mix)

Step 1Measure cereal in large bowl and set aside.

Step 2In a 1 quart microwavable bowl, microwave chips, butter, lemon peel and juice uncovered on high for 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon ziploc baggie.

Step 3Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; gently shake until well coated. Spread on waxed papaer to cool. Store in air tight container.
