- VEGGIES
- 8 medium cucumbers
- 2 red peppers
- 2 green peppers
- 2 onions
- 4 tablespoons canning salt
- BRINE
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 3/4 cups sugar

Step 1Slice all the veggies.

Step 2Sprinkle the sliced veggies with canning salt. Let it rest for 2 hours.

Step 3Drain and squeeze veggies dry.

Step 4Mix brine ingredients and heat. Pour over veggies and refrigerate or freeze.
