1Prep time, etc. depends on how many peppers you are making. Halve and clean peppers. Spread cream cheese into each half. Roll bacon around filled pepper. Chipotle sauce can be added to cream cheese, or drizzled onto peppers after cooking.
2Place on foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 until bacon is crisp, and peppers are desired doneness. (I like mine soft, so it takes longer)
3After cooking, drizzle with chipotle sauce. I use raspberry, apricot, or mango flavored. Any of the flavors are great with these. Make plently: even people who don't like peppers love these!
