Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon each soy sauce honey and rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 16 ounces frozen edamame
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
How To Make instant pot spicy garlic edamame

Step 1In a small bowl stir together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sambal oelek and cornstarch until the cornstarch dissolves.

Step 2Pour the water into the instant pot and place a steamer basket in the pot. Secure the lid and set pressure to high and select 2 minutes. Do quick release and remove the lid and gently lift the steamer basket out. Pour out the water.

Step 3Return the inner pot and select saute. Add the avocado oil and saute the garlic for about 1 minute. Add the edamame back to the pot and add the soy mixure and saute about 2 minutes. Serve
