Great spicy garlicky snack

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon each soy sauce honey and rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 16 ounces frozen edamame
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

How To Make instant pot spicy garlic edamame

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl stir together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sambal oelek and cornstarch until the cornstarch dissolves.
  • Step 2
    Pour the water into the instant pot and place a steamer basket in the pot. Secure the lid and set pressure to high and select 2 minutes. Do quick release and remove the lid and gently lift the steamer basket out. Pour out the water.
  • Step 3
    Return the inner pot and select saute. Add the avocado oil and saute the garlic for about 1 minute. Add the edamame back to the pot and add the soy mixure and saute about 2 minutes. Serve
