This recipe is somewhat versatile. I like it on Quaker oatmeal squares cereal and pecans. But i bet it would be good on popcorn too, or mixed nuts. Yummy!

- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/8 teaspoon maple extract
- 6 cups mini pretzels
How To Make honey-rum pretzels

Step 1In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, and honey. Microwave on high for 45 seconds to one minute, until butter melts. stir; microwave another 30 seconds, until mixture boils.

Step 2Immediately stir in salt, baking soda, and extracts. stir in pretzels. Microwave 20-30 seconds. stir until well coated. spread on wax paper. cool before serving.
