1Slice avacados length wise and remove pit. Scrape insides into a bowl.
rough chop the cilantro,tomato,jalepeno and onion and add to avacado. Stir in sour cream and season with the salt and pepper to taste then add lime juice.Mix well and serve with chips or veggies.
2I like to let mine chill in the fridge for a few hours, the flavors mingle and it's just soooo good!!
