Ingredients

  • 5 pounds cheap hamburger meat
  • 3 teaspoons liqud smoke
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons mustard seed
  • 3 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons whole black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons curing salt

How To Make homemade beef sticks

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover or wrap and put in refrigerator.
  • Step 2
    Knead for 5 minutes, everyday for 3 days. On the 4th day, make into 4 long rolls.
  • Step 3
    Bank in oven at 150 degrees for 9 hours.
