  • 3/4 c
    cacao (organic)
  • 1 c
    coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 c
    nut butter (or cashew spread or abc spread was specified nut butter to keep vegan)
  • 1 c
    agave nectar
  • 100 g
    almond meal
  • 100 g
    coconut flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla essence (a dash was specified)
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon (or chili powder)

How to Make Healthy Chocolate


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together well and pour into a dish or mould and stick in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Once set cut into bars or squares.
  3. Remember coconut oil melts when It gets warm, so best kept in the freezer or fridge.
  4. You can change or add ingredients to your tastes.
