ham stack sandwich

My mom always cooked ham steaks like this...and now if there is left over, I make sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 - ham steak
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • - dinner rolls
  • 1 - fried egg
  • 2 - thin slices of green apple
  • 1 slice cheese (i use a cheddar)

How To Make ham stack sandwich

  • Step 1
    Fry the egg and keep to the side.
  • Step 2
    Mix together the mustard, brown sugar and water.
  • Step 3
    Pour the half mixture over the ham steak and fry. Flip sides and use the other half of the mix.
  • Step 4
    Stack your cheese and egg onto the ham and let them heat up.
  • Step 5
    I then flash fry the bun with the same pan that I cooked the ham in.
  • Step 6
    Stack your remaining sandwich ingredients together and enjoy!!
