How to Make Grilled Peanut Butter

Step-by-Step

  1. Make this just as you would a grilled cheese sandwich, substituting peanut butter for the cheese, instead. This is soooo good served with a bowl of chili; we dip the sandwich into the chili!! Great as a quick and filling lunchtime meal for kids and kids-at-heart. Nutritious as well, especially if you use a natural (no-sugar added) peanut butter and a whole grain bread. Full of fiber and protein when made this way :)
