Ingredients
- PART 1:
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
- PART 2:
- 7 cups sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
- 1 cup onions, sliced thin
- 1 cup green pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon salt (pickling or canning salt)

Step 1Mix Part 1. Bring to a boil. Let cool.

Step 2Mix Part 2 and let sit at room temperature on counter for 2 hours. Drain.

Step 3Pour Part 1 over drained cucumber mixture. Let sit in refrigerator 2 or 3 days. Freeze in small butter tubs or any small plastic containers.
