Ingredients

6 c
honey graham cereal
1 c
honey roasted peanuts
1 c
coarsely chopped pecans
1/ c
butter
1 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
corn syrup, light
waxed paper
2 c
pretzel sticks
1 c
candy coated chocolate pieces

How to Make GRAHAM NUT CLUSTERS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cereal and the next 2 ingredients in a very large bowl.
  • 2Melt butter in a 3qt saucepan over medium-low heat, stir in sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil over medium heat, boil 2 minutes.
  • 3Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, and stir gently to coat. Spread in a single layer on a lightly greased aluminum-foil lined jelly roll pan.
  • 4Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Transfer to wax paper, and cool completely (about 10 minutes). Break into pieces and toss with pretzel sticks and chocolate pieces.
