Step 1

MELT KISSES IN DOUBLE BOILER TIL SMOOTH. ADD SPICE AND MILK TIL SMOOTH.

Step 2

ADD POWDERED SUGAR AND COCONUT 1 CUP AT A TIME TIL THICK.
Step 3

DROP BY TABSPFULS ONTO COOKIE SHEET LINED WITH WAX PAPER. PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR ABOUT 30 MINS THEN TAKE OUT AND PLATE
