ginger snap dip
A different dip recipe....little bit of an Asian flavor. I prefer to enjoy fresh vegetables with this, but it's also good with pita chips.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 teaspoons soy sauce
How To Make ginger snap dip

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

Step 2Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Step 3Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
