This is a recipe I adopted from a friend of mine several years ago and it's quite good I must say....I have enjoy it with plain powdered sugar, or chocolate syrup on top or a favorite pie filling like cherry very good.

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 3-4 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- - oil for frying
How To Make funnel cakes

Step 1Beat eggs, add sugar and milk. Mix flour, salt and baking powder and add to the liquids. Beat smooth and add only as much flour as needed. Batter needs to be fairly thin. Put batter into a squeeze bottle. Spiral into hot oil. Turn over when side #1 is done and let side #2 brown. Remove from oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar or topping of your choice.
