I don't have a great story but this recipe came from my sister! So that's why I call it Freda's Mexican Corn Dip!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck,cooked
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 medium carton sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 16 ounces mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 jar jalapenos,sliced
- 1 jar black bean and white corn salsa
How To Make freda's mexican corn dip

Step 1Brown ground chuck, drain.

Step 2Add taco seasoning and mix well.Pour this into a 9 x 13 dish.

Step 3Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Pour over ground chuck.

Step 4Then pour black bean and white corn salsa over that.

Step 5Sprinkle the cheese over all.

Step 6Add the jalapenos if desired.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
