You can use different types of sausage it does not have to be a hot kind. I have used regular and hot and both are very good.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hot or regular saussage, uncooked
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups bisquick
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1Preheat oven to 400F.

Step 2Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I used my Kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook attachment) Roll into 1-inch ball. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.

Step 3Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add few minutes to the baking time.
