football friday cream cheese sausage balls

You can use different types of sausage it does not have to be a hot kind. I have used regular and hot and both are very good.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot or regular saussage, uncooked
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups bisquick
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make football friday cream cheese sausage balls

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I used my Kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook attachment) Roll into 1-inch ball. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
  • Step 3
    Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add few minutes to the baking time.
