Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
How To Make energy bars

Step 1Mix dry ingredients.

Step 2Add almond butter and honey. Mixture will be very thick.

Step 3Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 4Place mixture on parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment on top and roll to desired thickness.

Step 5Cut into bars. Place cookie sheet in freezer and freeze for 1 hour.(makes cutting much easier)

Step 6Store in refrigerator.
