Great with almond butter, peanut butter could be used as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey

How To Make energy bars

  • Step 1
    Mix dry ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Add almond butter and honey. Mixture will be very thick.
  • Step 3
    Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 4
    Place mixture on parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment on top and roll to desired thickness.
  • Step 5
    Cut into bars. Place cookie sheet in freezer and freeze for 1 hour.(makes cutting much easier)
  • Step 6
    Store in refrigerator.
  • Step 7
