each of the following: grated carrot, oats, raisins, wheat germ & sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp
6 Tbsp
peanut butter (basically a heaping 1/3 cupful)

How to Make Energy Balls


  • 1Combine all & roll into balls.
  • 2I like to throw everything in the food processor to make it easier.
  • 3Roll into tsp or tbsp size balls. Keep refrigerated or freeze & pull out as needed.
