Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup each of the following: grated carrot, oats, raisins, wheat germ & sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 6 tablespoons peanut butter (basically a heaping 1/3 cupful)

How To Make energy balls

  • Step 1
    Combine all & roll into balls.
  • Step 2
    I like to throw everything in the food processor to make it easier.
  • Step 3
    Roll into tsp or tbsp size balls. Keep refrigerated or freeze & pull out as needed.
