Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    each of the following: grated carrot, oats, raisins, wheat germ & sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 6 Tbsp
    peanut butter (basically a heaping 1/3 cupful)

How to Make Energy Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all & roll into balls.
  2. I like to throw everything in the food processor to make it easier.
  3. Roll into tsp or tbsp size balls. Keep refrigerated or freeze & pull out as needed.
