- 1 package cream cheese (softened)
- 31 1/2 cups 10x sugar( confectioners )
- 3/4 teaspoon brandy or(rum flavotring)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nut meg
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- EGG NOG CHEESE BALL
How To Make egg nog cheese ball

Step 1beat cream cheese and 10x sugar until blended

Step 2add the rum or brandy and salt.add the cinnamon, nutmeg and mini choc chips until blended. refrigerate for at least 2 hrs or over night.

Step 3then roll ball in the chopped pecans.
