For those nights when you don't really want to cook. My kids absolutely love this recipe. I let them make their own pizzas by laying out different things that can be put on pizza. It's a great dish to bond over with the family.

  • 12
bolilo bread (also used for bratwurst)
  • 1 jar(s)
    ragu pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg
  • 1 large
    bell pepper
  • 1 pkg
  • 2 lb
    mozzarella cheese

How to Make Easy Mini Pizzas

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut Bolilos in half length wise
  3. Slightly remove some of the bread from inside the bread.
  4. Spread pizza sauce onto the bread. (put as much or as little sauce as you like) I usually use 2 tbsp
  5. Place cheese on top of the pizza covered bread. (once again use as much or as little as you like)
  6. Add additional toppings as you desire. I included ingredients my family enjoys. Don't be afraid to try different things.
  7. Place completed mini pizzas onto a cookie sheet. Place in middle rack of oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
  8. Remove from oven. Allow to cool slightly, then enjoy.
