When I first got this recipe years ago I made 8 #'s of this beef Jerky when my husband and I went on a camping trip with our 6 children, I thought it would last the whole week-end but when we arrived at the campsite the kids already had all of the Jerky eaten!! This Jerky is delicious and you can make it with any meat including Deer meat, everyone loves this Jerky!!

Ingredients For delicious oven dried jerky

1 1/2-2#'s thin sliced lean meat (of choice)

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 t. worchestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder
-
1 tsp. hickory smoke-flavor salt
How To Make delicious oven dried jerky

1Mix all ingredients except meat.

2Coat meat with mixture and marinate overnight.

3Put meat on racks, put in slow oven 250* turning occasionally till dry.
