Ingredients

1/4 cup white vinegar
1 cup whipping cream
5 medium cucumbers
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make cucumbers in cream

Step 1

In a large bown, gradually whisk the vinegar into the cream.

Step 2

Gently stir in cucumbers, salt, and pepper.
Step 3

Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short time.
