Ingredients

  • 1 c
    corn flour
  • 1/4 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp
    pepper powder
  • 1/4 kg
    boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/4 c
    coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1/4 c
    oats
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    oil to fry
  • YOU CAN REPLACE CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES ..BEST OPTON WOULD BE COULIFLOWER OR CORN

How to Make Crunchy Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Chicken marination :
    Add all the ingredients (except oil & coriander leaves) with some water ( make it a bit thick paste) and marinade the chicken for 10-15 mts
  2. For the fry :
    Heat the oil in pan, deep fry the chicken
  3. To garnish :
    Garnish the dish with some chopped coriander leaves. Serve the dish with tomato sauce or mayo.Its a best starter and a snack.
