crab cake sliders
Yummy! That pretty much says it all. I make four patties and use regular size hamburger buns, so technically not sliders. You can make smaller patties and serve on the party rolls.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 - lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - oil, for frying
- 4 - hamburger buns, split
How To Make crab cake sliders

Step 1Mix all ingredients together (celery through salt) -- gently adding the crabmeat last. You may need to adjust the amount of mayo or breadcrumbs to achieve the right consistency to form patties.

Step 2Put the extra breadcrumbs on a plate. Form the crab mixture into four patties. Carefully coat with the extra breadcrumbs. Set aside.

Step 3Heat oil in a large skillet. Carefully fry patties, about 4-5 minutes per side. Flipping only once.

Step 4Place on buns and top with shredded lettuce and mayonnaise.
