This fritters is crispy in the outside and tender inside. For more delicious flavor, use 1 tablespoon sriracha mix together with 1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce, become sweet and spicy dipping sauce.
You can substitute fried shallot with chopped french fried onions.

Deep Fry

    whole kernel sweet corn
  • 1
    scallion, chopped
  • 2
    lemon leaves, minced
  • ¼ tsp
    ground coriander
  • 1 Tbsp
    fried shallot
  • 4
    macadamia nuts, grinded
  • ¼ tsp
    white pepper
  • ½ tsp
  • ¼ tsp
    chicken bouillon
  • ¾ c
    all purpose flour
  • 1
  • ·
    oil for frying

How to Make Corn Fritters


  1. Combine and mix well all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Let the batter rest in about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in heavy pot. Use a cookie scoop to drop fritter batter into hot oil, fry and flip once until light golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towel.
