This is a recipe that kids absolutely love and they are so easy that they can even help make them. I use Jiffy Mix but you can use any recipe for cornbread mix that you like.

Ingredients

2 pkg
jiffy mix muffin mix
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 large
eggs
1 c
milk
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn, drained

hotdogs, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine corn bread mixes and brown sugar in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the eggs and milk. Beat by hand until well blended. Pour into dry ingredients. Stir in the corn and hot dogs. The batter will be quite thin. Fill sprayed muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. These are good to serve with a little maple syrup for dipping.
