refrigerator pizza crust dough
cream cheese, softened
garlic minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
can water-pack artichoke hearts, drained & cut into bite size pieces
plum tomatoes, seeded & chopped
pitted ripe olives, drained & chopped
How To Make
Preheat oven to 400. Unroll pizza crust dough onto a greased 14-inch pizza pan. Pat out dough to edges. Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Let stand until cool.
Combine the cream cheese and garlic in a medium mixing bowl and mix well. Stir in the parmesan cheese and half the basil. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust. Sprinkle with the remaining basil, artichokes, tomatoes and olives. Cut into wedges & serve.
