Ingredients
- 2 cups pearl onions, blanched and peeled
- 3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole mixed peppercorns
- 1/2 tablespoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make cocktail onions

Step 1Place peeled pearl onions in a sterilized sealable jar; set aside.

Step 2In a saucepan, add all the remaining ingredients and stir until sugar and salt are dissolved. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 3Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature before pouring it over the prepared onions.

Step 4Transfer to the fridge and let sit for at least 10 days.
