roasted salted mixed nuts
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp
ground cloves
1 stick
unsalted butter
3/4 c
3/4 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
golden raisins

How to Make Cinnamon Raisin Nut Toffee


  • 1Combine nuts, vanilla, cinnamon & cloves. Lightly butter a rimmed baking dish.
  • 2Heat both sugars in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to melt, about 10 minutes. Add butter until a candy thermometer reads 300F, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in nut mixture and raisins. Pour into baking dish, let cool completely and break into pieces.
