·oil in a deep fryer or deep sauce pan

1/2 csugar

1-1/2 tspcinnamon / you can use less if you want
How to Make CINNAMON CRISPS
- MIX THE CINNAMON AND SUGAR IN A SQUARE DISH OR PAN AND SET ASIDE
- CUT THE TORTILLAS INTO 1 TO 1 1/2 INCH STRIPS
- PLACE STRIPS INTO HOT OIL FOR A MINUTE ON EACH SIDE. TAKE OUT AND LAY STRIPS ON A PAPER TOWEL TO SOAK UP EXCESS OIL. CONTINUE WITH THE REST OF THE TORTILLA STRIPS.
- TAKE OFF PAPER TOWEL AND DIP STRIPS INTO THE CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE WHILE STILL WARM.
