CUT THE TORTILLAS INTO 1 TO 1 1/2 INCH STRIPS
PLACE STRIPS INTO HOT OIL FOR A MINUTE ON EACH SIDE. TAKE OUT AND LAY STRIPS ON A PAPER TOWEL TO SOAK UP EXCESS OIL. CONTINUE WITH THE REST OF THE TORTILLA STRIPS.
TAKE OFF PAPER TOWEL AND DIP STRIPS INTO THE CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE WHILE STILL WARM.
