This recipe was given to me by a church friend. This dip is always a hit at parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can tomato with chillies (liquid reserved)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (liquid reserved)
  • 1-2 - chicken breasts, cooked & shredded or minced
  • 1 pound pepper jack cheese, cubed

How To Make chicken dip

  • Step 1
    Heat all ingredients on very low heat in large saucepan or pot. This can also be done in a crockpot on low.
  • Step 2
    If too thick add some of the reserved tomato juice or add a small amount of chicken broth.
  • Step 3
    Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
