chex cajun kick
I've been on a Chex Mix kick since I found the winners of a Chex contest. My work has been greatly enjoying the fruits of my labor (since cereal is bad for my hypo-glycemic husband). They were enjoying the sweet mixes, so I was a little hesitant about the spicy choice, but one and all loved this one, too!

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn chex
- 2 cups rice chex
- 2 cups wheat chex
- 2 cups bite-size pretzels
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
How To Make chex cajun kick

Step 1In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pretzels, and nuts.

Step 2In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in Creole seasoning and pepper sauce. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.

Step 3Microwave uncovered on High 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
