Ingredients
- 3 cups honey nut chex cereal
- 3 cups cinnamon chex cereal
- 2 cups pecans, in pieces
- 1 1/2 cups dried banana chips
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract

Step 1In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pecans & banana chips.

Step 2In 2 C microwavable measuring cup, microwave brown sugar, butter & cinnamon uncovered on High about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until melted & smooth. Stir in extracts. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.

Step 3Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring after each minute. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool; break into bite size pieces. Store in airtight container.
