- 2 teaspoons baking powder

How To Make cheddar cheese muffins

Step 1Sift dry ingredients together. Beat the egg and milk together for 1 minute and then add to the dry ingredients, just to moisten. Do not overmix.

Step 2Place in greased muffin pans, in spoonfuls.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes Place on cooling rack for 5 minutes, and then remove.
