- 1 - savoy cabbage head
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon linseed/flax seed
How To Make cabbage crisps

Step 1Preheat the oven to 200C/390F.

Step 2Wash the cabbage leaves and cut into small pieces.

Step 3Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with the coconut oil, pepper and linseed.

Step 4Bake for 20 minutes (until nice and crispy) then serve.
