How to Make Brendas Caramels
- Melt butter. Add sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat to firm ball stage (245*) 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour into buttered pans.
- Chocolate caramels: Add 2- (1 oz unsweetened chocolate) with milk.
