Ingredients For brendas caramels
1 cbutter, cold
1 lbbrown sugar
1 ccorn syrup
1 (15 oz) cansweetened condensed milk
How To Make brendas caramels
1Melt butter. Add sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat to firm ball stage (245*) 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour into buttered pans.
2Chocolate caramels: Add 2- (1 oz unsweetened chocolate) with milk.
