Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato vegetable juice
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 1/4 teaspoons sea salt, divided use
- 1 1/4 teaspoons black pepper, divided use
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound beef skirt steak
- 2 - celery stalks
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 - romaine lettuce leaves
- 8 - pretzel slider rolls, split through middle, then halved
How To Make bloody mary steak pretzel blitz

Step 1Thoroughly mix tomato juice, vodka, 1-teaspoon salt, 1-teaspoon pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 4-tablespoon olive oil together in a large bowl. Add the flank steak. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.

Step 2Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Remove the flank steak from the marinade and wipe the excess liquid off with paper towels. Grill or pan sear both sides, then lower heat to medium and cook to medium rare.

Step 3Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine the celery, onions, parsley, vinegar, sour cream, horseradish and Blue Cheese.

Step 4Assemble each Steak Pretzel Blitz by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom of each roll. Top with steak slices and Blue Cheese Sauce and roll lid. So fun for football lovers!
